Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is only produced with olives grown at our farm. The cold pressing is only carried out mechanically.
In a cool and dry place, away from heat sources and protected from light.
You need a really top quality olive to make this rare oil, with its characteristic green hue and slightly nutty taste. The olives are gathered by hand, selected with great care and then dried for a maximum of 3 days until finally being pressed. We do not filter our oil when it is bottled.purchase
